MD Dr. Mike Brown joined PeaceHealth Medical Group in August of 2006 as an Orthopedic Surgeon for the InMotion Clinic, located at St. John Medical Center. Dr. Brown received his undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri in 1975. He went on to obtain his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine in 1981 and completed residency through Barnes and Jewish Shriner’s Hospitals in St. Louis, Missouri. Prior to joining PeaceHealth, Dr. Brown spent two years at St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is looking forward to returning the Pacific Northwest where he also worked at Evergreen Medical Center in Kirkland, Washington and Swedish Medical Center in Seattle (1998-2005). Dr. Brown enjoys working in a team atmosphere and has a passion for sports medicine. In his college days he played college football for the Oklahoma Sooners and for coach Barry Switzer - - that love for sports has carried over. He and his family now live in Longview and enjoy the great people and activities that S.W. Washington has to offer.
