Dr. Baxter moved to Eugene from Knoxville after completing a Geriatrics fellowship at the University of Tennessee. Jeffery completed his undergraduate studies in biochemistry at Northern Michigan University in Marquette. He graduated from the medical school at Michigan State University in East Lansing and completed his internship at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. His finished his residency at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, Kentucky.
Dr. Baxter is board certified in Family Medicine and practiced at the Family Medicine Clinic, Trover Foundation in Dawson Springs, Kentucky. He is board eligible in Geriatrics. |
