Dr. Wilfley was born August 1, 1970 in Englewood, Colorado. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, in 1993. He received his medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2000; he also received the William Albano Surgical Award in 2000. Dr. Wilfley completed his General Surgery residency at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine in 2004, and was the Chief Surgical Resident from 2004 to 2005.
Dr. William Wilfley, Jr., joined Longview Surgical Group in 2005. His area of interest is General Surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery. He has admitting privileges at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center (Longview, WA).
Dr. Wilfley’s volunteer experience includes working with the Helping Hands Health Organization in Kusma, Nepal and at the Hôpital Albert Schweitzer in Deschapelles, Haiti. He enjoys golfing, fly fishing, snow skiing, biking, and spending time with his family.
