Our new orthopedic surgeon, Dr. Tom Hasbach comes to us from Pittsburgh, PA where he’s practiced the past 17 years in a single specialty, 5-physician orthopedic group. Dr. Hasbach completed medical school at the University of Pittsburgh in 1977. He graduated from the Orthopedic Residency there in 1981 and has been board certified in Orthopedic Surgery since 1984.
Tom will be accepting general orthopedic patients and has a particular interest in adult reconstruction including partial and total joint replacement as well as revisions. He adds that two of his former mentors “taught me a great deal of orthopedic knowledge but also, before it was fashionable, taught me about the strong mind-body connection that is so important to the healing process.”
Dr. Hasbach enjoys hiking, biking, sailing and birding.
