Dr. Laurie Morrison was born April 30th, 1968, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from McGill University in Montreal (Canada) in 1989 and her medical degree from the same university in 1993. Dr. Morrison completed her surgical residency training at McGill University in 1998. She completed a two year fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the same university in June 2000. She joined the staff at Longview Surgical Group in 2003.
Dr. Morrison is married and enjoys counted thread embroidery.
Dr. Morrison is certified by the American Board of Surgery and the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada in general surgery. She also holds a Certificate of Special Competence in Vascular surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada, and a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Vascular Surgery from the American Board of Surgeons. Dr. Morrison has privileges at St. John Medical Center (Longview, Washington). She holds medical licenses in both the state of Washington and Indiana.
