Vicky was born in Michigan and grew up overseas, living in Australia and France. She completed her BS in Nursing in 1994 at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and her MS in Nursing/Midwifery in 1996 at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. Prior to coming to PeaceHealth, she was working for the Yakima Valley Farmworkers' Clinic in Grandview, Washington, providing prenatal care, obstetrical care, gynecological care, and well-newborn care.
She lives in Longview with her husband and two children. In her spare time she enjoys quilting, reading (especially mysteries), and learning about bird watching.
