Dr. Ballman says he enjoys the diversity and challenges of internal medicine. His established practice emphasizes management of heart and lung disease, diabetes and musculoskeletal complaints.
Because half of his patients are over 65, he has gravitated into geriatrics and continues to serve as medical director at South Hills Nursing Home and Cascade Manor. He serves on the Alzheimer's Association Board and the Behavioral Medicine Clinical Services Group.
