Mary H. Ludwiczak, MD, was born in California.
She received her medical degree from UHS – The Chicago Medical School in 1991 and completed her Internship and Residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in Texas. She is board certified in Obstetrics and gynecology.
Dr. Ludwiczak joined PeaceHealth Medical Group and the Medical Staff at St. John Medical Center in 1995. She practices as an OB/GYN Physician in the PeaceHealth Women’s Clinic.
Dr. Ludwiczak is a member of the American Medical Association, Washington State Medical Association and the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
