Dr. Ronald Stock is a Geriatrician who has been on the Medical Staff with Sacred Heart since 1990. He is currently the Medical Director of the Center for Medical Education & Research for PeaceHealth Oregon Region. His role includes physician oversight of the development of the OHSU Medical Education and Research Collaborative as PeaceHealth's liaison with OHSU School of Medicine and the University of Oregon in a project to expand medical student training in Oregon. Dr. Stock performs hospital rounds at the Sacred Heart Medical Center Acute Care for Elders unit and volunteers at Volunteers in Medicine. "My interests include taking care of older folks and teaching," says Dr. Stock. When he is not working, Dr. Stock enjoys playing with his children, basketball, hiking and camping.
