Dr. Moshofsky is a native of Eugene and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon. He encourages his patients to make lifestyle changes that can improve their health without the need for medications. He has been in practice since 1985.

PatientConnection also allows them to update personal information; view a list of their medications, allergies and immunizations; and review their clinic account and pay any outstanding balance online.
