Davis, Pauline G. NMNP-PP, CNM, FNP

Pauline Davis, CNM FNP, joined PeaceHealth Medical Group's Nurse Midwifery Birth Center in 2009. Pauline has more than 26 years of experience in labor and delivery and has special interest in holistic and culturally sensitive primary care. Pauline began her education at Lane Community College and completed her clinical internship for both her nurse midwifery and family nurse practitioner certifications in Lane County. When she's not helping her patients, Pauline enjoys spending time with her family, which includes three grandchildren.

Downing-Moore, Emily S. NMNP - PP, CNM

Emily Downing-Moore grew up in Salem and received her bachelor's degree in nursing from Linfield-Good Samaritan School of Nursing in Portland. She received her master’s degree from the University of Texas-El Paso in 2000. Between 2000 and 2002 Emily worked as a nurse midwife in El Paso, Texas, and in St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands. Before joining PeaceHealth Medical Group in 2005 she worked for Midelfort Clinic/Mayo Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Emily enjoys travel, going out to see local music and outdoor activities.

Heritage, Christine NMNP - PP, CNM

Christine was a Labor and Delivery nurse at Sacred Heart Medical Center when she returned to school for her Master's degree and eventual Nurse Midwife certification. She began as a Nurse Midwife at Cottage Grove Community Hospital in 1995 before joining PeaceHealth Medical Group in 1999. Christine speaks Spanish fluently. She loves backpacking, cycling, and the opera. She has been married since 1980 and has three sons who all played a role in her becoming a midwife.

Peters-Carr, Michele D. NMNP-PP, CNM

Actively practicing midwifery for 16 years. Does both hospital and birth center deliveries as well as annual exams. I have two teenage daughters. I spend my free time with them, and enjoy running and reading.

Prager, Hilary B. NMNP-PP, CNM

Hilary Prager joined the PeaceHealth Medical Group Nurse Midwifery program in 2010. Originally from New York, New York, Hilary attended Columbia University School of Nursing and the Columbia University Public Health school. Hilary worked for several years as a nurse midwife at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center prior to moving to Eugene. Hilary is joined in Eugene by her fiancé and two cats. When she isn't helping her patients she enjoys taking in the theatre and traveling.

Reddy, Patricia M. NMNP - PP, CNM

Nurse midwife Patricia Reddy, CNM, has been assisting expectant and new parents since long before she became a certified nurse midwife in 2007. She has been a registered nurse since 1986. She joined Sacred Heart as a labor and delivery nurse in 1997, later working as a pregnancy and parenting educator. She joined the Birth Center in 2000, and in 2003, while continuing work at the Birth Center, she began her midwifery training at Frontier School of Midwifery & Family Nursing, the oldest midwifery distance learning program in the country, located in Hyden, Ky. Patricia has also been a massage therapist for nearly 20 years and she enjoys incorporating massage into her practice. “I am passionate about providing excellent and loving care to the families I serve,” Patricia says. “Working with women who are informed about choices, self-care and preventive health, during pregnancy and throughout a woman’s life, is at the core of my working relationships.”
