Michael L. Bartlett, MD, received his medical degree from Albany Medical College, Albany, New York, in 1995. He completed his residency training at San Joaquin General Hospital in Stockton, California, in 1998, where he was chief resident in his final year. Dr. Bartlett is board certified in family practice. He joined PeaceHealth Medical Group in 1998. Dr. Bartlett is a member of the Washington State Medical Association, the Washington Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has current certifications in ALSO, NALS, PALS and ACLS. Dr. Bartlett enjoys swimming and biking, as well as hiking and camping. He is practicing a full spectrum of family medicine, including pediatrics, maternity care and geriatrics.

Dr. Cabrales was born August 10, 1962 in Castro Valley, California. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Stanford University in 1984 and his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College in New York City in 1988. Dr. Cabrales completed his surgical residency training at the University of Washington Medical Center in 1993. He joined the staff at Longview Surgical Group in August 1993. Dr. Cabrales and his wife, Vicki, have two boys. He enjoys the outdoors, music and reading. Dr. Cabrales is a wine enthusiast and has been the ‘wine advisor' to several local restaurants. Dr. Cabrales was also a Lieutenant Commander of the U.S. Naval Reserves from 1990 to 1997. He speaks Spanish and Italian. Dr. Cabrales is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery. He has a special interest in thoracic surgery. Thoracic surgery includes all chest and lung surgery including pacemakers but excluding heart surgery. He has admitting privileges at St. John Medical Center (Longview, Washington); S.W. Washington Medical Center (Vancouver, Washington). In addition, he consults and treats patients in conjunction with surgeons at Oregon Health Sciences University and the University of Washington. Dr. Cabrales holds medical licenses in both the State of Washington and Oregon.

Dr. Cotterell was raised in Portland, Oregon. He received his Medical Degree from Creighton University in 1984 and went on to complete his internship and residency there as well. Dr. Cotterell then completed his fellowship in Clinical Nephrology and Hypertension at Oregon Health Sciences University in 1990, where he also completed a one-year fellowship in Transplantation Medicine. Dr. Cotterell lives locally with his wife and four children. He coaches soccer and enjoys the outdoors.

Lisa Evans, MD, joined PeaceHealth Medical Group Family Practice Team C in September of 2005. She received undergraduate degrees in Ethics and in Psychology at the University of Washington in 1997. She went on to obtain her medical degree from the University of Washington in 2002, and completed her Family Practice residency at Valley Medical Center in Renton, Washington, summer of 2005. Dr. Evans and her family enjoy hiking, fishing and camping in the area. The Toutle River Valley has been home to her family for six generations and her husband is also a native to Cowlitz County.
