Jeff Stone and Randy Busby are always willing to help us find the right answers to ensure our goal for a drug and alcohol free workplace. Jeff Stone has educated our management team with his informative workshops on substance abuse. He has suggested changes to our substance abuse policy that has made our policy more effective. One such change was to require a deposit on pre-employment applicants to help cover the drug screening cost to our company should the applicant fail the test and not be eligible for hire. This small change has not only been cost effective, but has been a great resource in the screening of our applicants. Randy Busby helps us to ensure our drug and alcohol free workplace by maintaining a list of our current employees and sending us a random selection for screening monthly.
