Puget Sound Sleepers

Our Sleep Disorders Center hosts Puget Sound Sleepers, a support group for people with sleep apnea and other sleep disorders. This health awareness group is part of the AWAKE network (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic) that gives members the opportunity to learn and share information and tips on healthy sleep.
