Mindfulness Meditation
Mindfulness will bring awareness to present experiences without judgment or expectation of how it is supposed to be. You will learn to relate to yourself with kindness and compassion.

Qigong
Qigong is offered to patients of the Cancer Center. It is a traditional Chinese mind-body practice that uses meditation, breathing control, and movement to balance the flow of energy (qi) through the body.
