Tai Chi and Yoga for Beginners

Learn how you can use Tai Chi to boost your physical, mental and emotional fitness. These specific sequences are designed so that everyone can participate and benefit. Movements can be performed in either a seated or standing position.
Taught by Suman Barkhas, Certified Yoga Therapist. Mondays and Fridays, 10:00-11:00am. Located in the Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
