A gentle yoga program that focuses on physical and psychological well-being through specific strength, flexibility and breathing exercises. Taught by a Certified Yoga Therapist. Mondays, 8:45 - 9:45 a.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Group Exercise Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
