This one time class is for the expectant mother and support person.
Now that you have completed your Labor & Birth Preparation Class, expand your knowledge with Relaxation and Coping Skills for Birth. This class gives you an opportunity to explore and practice various techniques of relaxation including massage, breathing, positioning for birth and other ways to cope with stress and discomfort.
Please dress comfortably and bring two or three pillows and a blanket to class.
Please register for yourself only, there is available seating for you to bring one support person.
