Labor, Birth, Breastfeeding and Baby Care 4 Night Series

Learn about the wonderful process of birth in this comprehensive series which prepares you for the arrival of your baby.

Topics addressed in this class include breathing and relaxation skills, medications and anesthesia options for pain management. Other areas that will be discussed are variations of labor, induction, cesarean birth and the first precious moments with your newborn.*

Please register for classes around your 24th week of pregnancy.This will help insure space availability and that your class to finishes before your due date.


Please register for yourself only, there is available seating for you to bring one support person.

*PLEASE BRING TWO OR THREE PILLOWS AND A BLANKET TO CLASS 1 AND 2 FOR RELAXATION EXERCISES.
