Tai Chi

Learn how you can use Tai Chi to boost your physical, mental and emotional fitness. These specific sequences are designed so that everyone can participate and benefit. Movements can be performed in either a seated or standing position.
Taught by a Certified Instructor. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Located in the Cardiovascular Wellness & Rehabilitation Studio, first floor of the Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
