Let our compassionate and experienced childbirth educators help you check that important task off your Baby To Do list! Knowing what to expect really does help decrease pain in labor. This valuable class provides the latest information on labor, delivery, labor support, comfort measures, and relaxation techniques. A combination of lecture, videos, active participation, and group discussion gives new parents confidence during this exciting time in their lives. This is a weekend class held on Saturday only, with an option of attending an Infant Feeding & Care class the following week, where parents will learn about bottle and breastfeeding, baby care, and are given a tour of the hospital’s Birthing Center. Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Cost is $60. VISA, MC, check, cash, Washington State medical coupon, or Care Oregon are accepted. |
