Patient Satisfaction
	The Hospital Patient Satisfaction survey is a way for us to measure the level of healing and compassionate care that our patients perceive during their visit to our hospitals. The information this measure provides allows staff and leaders within the hospitals to identify places for improvement and celebration in the care that they provide.
	Survey dates were from 4/1/2006 through 3/31/2007.   Measure Sacred Heart Medical Center St. Joseph Hospital St. John Medical Center Peace Harbor Hospital Ketchikan General Hospital Cottage Grove Community Hospital Overall the quality of care I received was excellent. 51% 53% 47% 51% 56% 45% I would not hesitate to recommend this hospital to my family and friends 52% 55% 42% 48% 53% 46% Overall, I am satisfied with the care I received 52% 54% 46% 48% 53% 47%
