PeaceHealth Organizational Health
	The Organizational Health Survey informs and guides PeaceHealth leadership about where to focus efforts to continuously improve employees’ work experience, their engagement with the organization, with patients and one another, and the pride they feel working at PeaceHealth. We recognize that we can give our patients and their families only what we have ourselves. Therefore, to provide care that is truly patient-centered, healing and compassionate, we believe everyone needs to be treated with caring, understanding, dignity, respect and consideration for the whole person.
