Please join us for our Spine and Joint Care Conference. The goal of the conference is to provide a spectrum of evidence-based information to healthcare providers that will enhance their ability to determine the best possible treatments for their patients who suffer from spine and joint pain. Spine and joint pain can severly limit quality of life and a proper diagnosis combined with optimal, individualized treatment can help patients gain freedom from pain and return to work and play. We hope that you will join us to learn more about the newest and most effective advances in care

Learning Objectives

 

  1. Identify which patients would benefit from myelopathy and radiculopathy screening
  2. Review management of compression fractures to prevent damage to the spinal cord and/or nerves
  3. Evaluate best practices for diagnosing and managing neck and shoulder pain
  4. Discuss the importance of physical therapy as a preventive measure and post-surgical treatment option
  5.  Assess and review the importance of weight loss, diabetes management and sleep apnea in the prevention and treatment of back and/or joint pain
  6. Review the importance of a multidisciplinary approach to back and/or joint pain
  7. Discuss how to identify potential anesthesiology risk factors for surgical candidates
