Community Benefit Reports
PeaceHealth community benefit reports tell the story of each region's progress through the most recent year. In this regard, they are the equivalent of annual reports. But they also tell the story of the benefits provided to the communities we serve as part of our non-profit responsibility and our mission.
According to the Catholic Health Association, community benefits should include services that are “offered to the broad community [and] designed to improve community health,” and for which the hospital either is not compensated at all or is undercompensated relative to the costs of providing the
service.
