Outpatient Services Provided

Mental Health Evaluations: This is a scheduled, non-emergent evaluation, provided by a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Funding: we are currently able to accept private insurance and private pay only (no Medicare or Medicaid at this time) for this service.

Psychiatric Consultations: Arranged by physician referral only.
Funding: we are able to accept Private Insurance, Medicare and Private Pay (no Medicaid) for this service at this time.

Individual Psychotherapy: Scheduled appointments with a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
Funding: Private Insurance and Private pay only at this time (no Medicare/Medicaid)

Chemical Dependency Evaluations: Scheduled appointment with a Chemical Dependency Professional.
Funding: Private Insurance, Private Pay, Sliding-Fee scale, Title 19 (TANF, Grant in Aide, Parenting/Pregnant)

Chemical Dependency Treatment Program: Intensive Outpatient, Relapse Prevention, Mens/Womens Continuing Care Groups, Co-Occurring Disorders, Pre-Treatment Group, Early Intervention, Individual Chemical Dependency Counseling, Alcohol and Drug Information (8 hr.) Class.
Funding: Private Insurance, Private Pay, Sliding-Fee scale, Title 19 (TANF,Grant in Aide, Parenting/Pregnant)
