Childbirth Center Services
- Baby Chimes – after each birth, a chime will echo throughout the
hospital to signify the birth of a child. The chime is a combination
of Happy Birthday and Brahm’s lullaby.
- Lactation Consulting – all nursing staff are trained to manage
breastfeeding issues. However, our lactation consultants are
available seven days a week for 1:1 intensive support. We promote
breastfeeding and are here to support our moms with any issues.
- Hearing Screening – all infants are screened for hearing. When
your baby is at least 12 hours old, a hearing screening will be
performed. Early detection of hearing issues leads to early
treatment.
- Baby @lbum – with your permission, a picture of your newborn is placed on our
website for your family and friends to view. The
picture will be available for 90 days.
- Sibling Party – a special cake is provided for a private
celebration of the siblings and to welcome and transition the new
baby into the family.
