The Center for Senior Health offers geriatric care by a multi-disciplinary team which includes a physician, a nurse, a social worker, and a dietitian. Medical and social care is provided to older adults with Medicare Part A and B coverage. Our highly-trained, caring, and enthusiastic team of professionals provide services to meet the physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs of the older adult.
