The St. Joseph Hospital Foundation strives to help ensure that every individual needing medical services, from birth through the transitions of life, will receive quality healing and compassionate healthcare by competent caregivers, with proper equipment, in suitable facilities, respecting personal human dignity.

 
Mission Statement

The St. Joseph Hospital Foundation exists to acquire and recognize charitable gifts and bequests that assist St. Joseph Hospital in fulfilling its mission, adhering to its core values and providing medical services to the Whatcom region.

The St. Joseph Hospital Foundation will:

  • Provide individuals and institutions with an opportunity to extend the gift of health to citizens in Northwest Washington State.

  • Support the application of innovative patient care services to improve the health care services of this area.

  • Achieve for St. Joseph Hospital a higher level of mutual understanding and involvement with the communities it serves.

Philanthropic opportunities should enhance the ability of St. Joseph Hospital to provide healing and compassionate healthcare respecting everyone’s personal human dignity.
