Q: Does St. Joseph Hospital offer health insurance?

Q: What other insurance does St. Joseph Hospital offer?

Q: Does St. Joseph Hospital offer a retirement savings plan?

A: Yes. Beginning on your first day of work, you can save a percentage of your pay in a tax-deferred annuity (TDA) and receive certain tax advantages. On the January 1 or July 1 after you have completed at least three years of service and have met all other eligibility requirements, you'll also become eligible to receive PeaceHealth-funded base plan contributions. You own (or are fully "vested" in) your own contributions as well as St. Joseph’s matching and base contributions as soon as they are deposited in your account.
