Ian L. Thompson, MD

Dr. Thompson is Medical Director of the St. Joseph Hospital Cancer Center.  He is a Board-certified Radiation Oncologist.

Dr. Thompson is originally from Southern California. He moved to the Pacific Northwest to pursue his Residency Training at UW and began his practice in Bellingham in 1979. He is a well known and popular lay educator. He has an active interest in Prostate and Breast Cancer treatments.

Michael Taylor, MD

Dr. Taylor is a Board-certified Radiation Oncologist who cares for patients at the Cancer Center.  Special interests include: 3D-dose escalation, prostate seed implants, organ preservation through combined modality approaches, and tools to support the whole person through cancer treatment.

Dr. Taylor was born and raised in Virginia.  The lure of mountains, water, and clean air brought him to the Northwest.  He enjoys the human aspects of medicine and also takes great satisfaction from developing state of the art radiation treatment programs.   He maintains active research interests in prostate and lung cancer.

William Hall, MD

Dr. Hall is a Radiation Oncologist at the St. Joseph Cancer Center. Special interests include: Head and Neck Cancer, Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Prostate Cancer, Gynecologic Cancer, High and Low Dose Rate Brachytherapy for Prostate, Lung, Breast, and Gynecologic Cancers.

Dr. Hall was raised in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and completed his education in Western Washington. After completing residency training in California Dr. Hall and his wife returned to Washington to be closer to family.
