Emergency and Trauma

Peace Harbor Hospital is a Level IV Trauma Center. Our Emergency Department or ED is staffed 24 hours a day by a board certified Emergency Medicine physician and assisted by nursing and emergency response staff that are certified in trauma treatment and advanced cardiac and pediatric life support. The Emergency Department is equipped to provide rapid treatment for chest pain, heart attack and stroke. Our location on the Oregon Coast and the Oregon Dunes facilitates a high seasonal volume of orthopedic injury from automobile and recreational vehicles. Orthopedic, gynecologic and general surgeons are also available around the clock for emergency care. CT, MRI, ultrasound and radiology imaging is overseen by 24 hour radiologist coverage.
