While you are in the hospital. Our staff is available every day to help you get started in the first few days of breastfeeding your baby. You will receive bedside assistance with feeding along with care plans and feeding logs for home. We provide new mothers with written information on pump rentals, pumping and storage guidelines as well as solutions for common problems in the early weeks.

Back at home. Our commitment to your breastfeeding experience doesn’t stop when you leave the hospital. We offer an outpatient lactation support service to aid your family in the months following your birth. Come in for a consultation, to get help with a feeding, to evaluate your baby and to check baby’s weight gain. We’ll provide you with a written plan that we’ll explain to you and give to your pediatrician as well. Telephone ahead for an appointment.
