All hospital patients need to be registered. Registering over the phone will save you time. Has someone called to register you yet? If not, please call 686-7166 or (800) 288-7444, ext. 7166. Have your health plan card handy when you call. The office is open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

About Pre-Admission Testing (PAT)
After your surgery is scheduled, your doctor will probably request Pre-Admission Testing. PAT is where you meet with an anesthesiologist and a nurse and have any necessary lab work done. It is a good time to ask questions about your hospital stay. Please bring a list of your current medications. Also consider making a list of questions in advance and bringing it with you. Please allow 2 hours for your PAT visit.

Pain Control
Pain control after surgery may be a very important issue for you. Our staff is specially trained in working with patients and their doctors to help reduce pain. If you have any concerns about post-surgical pain, please discuss them with a nurse during Pre-Admission Testing.
