Diabetes care is a high priority for PeaceHealth Medical Group. The Diabetes, Endocrine & Metabolism Service is a coordinated care clinic for people with diabetes, disorders of the endocrine system (the system of glands that produce hormones) or other metabolic disorders. 

Our staff includes medical doctors (endocrinologists and diabetologists), registered nurses and registered dietitians who are also certified diabetes educators. Patients are seen for short-term evaluation as well as long-term management. Among the clinic’s services is a dynamic and innovative diabetes education program certified by the American Diabetes Association. (ADA).

Every PeaceHealth Medical Group patient with diabetes is automatically enrolled in our Diabetes Wellness Assessment Program of evaluations and education, ensuring that you get the best diabetes care. Whether you are at risk for diabetes, newly diagnosed or have had diabetes for a while, we invite you to be an active participant in your diabetes care. We have developed programs to keep you healthy and feel your best.
