RiverBend Pavilion

RiverBend Pavilion is currently under construction and scheduled to open in summer 2008, just after the opening of adjacent Sacred Heart Medical Center at RiverBend. The five-story medical building will primarily house offices and exam rooms for PeaceHealth Medical Group physicians whose patients may be in need of hospital services as well. A covered walkway will connect the pavilion directly to the hospital.

RiverBend Pavilion will be a one stop service center for outpatient medical care.

“What’s exciting about the RiverBend Pavilion is that patients played a critical role in the planning process,” says Kathi Levell, PHMG’s Executive Director of Planning. Patients, physicians and staff participated in committees looking at how a building designed from the ground up could offer patients the best possible experience.

Construction of RiverBend Pavilion is one of several changes in store for PHMG. In 2010, primary care and other services will relocate from the Downtown Eugene clinic to renovated space in Physicians & Surgeons - South, on the University District campus.
