Commemoration and Recognition

When you give through the Sacred Heart Medical Center Foundation, the most important benefit you receive is the knowledge that your support is providing compassionate, quality healthcare for your family, friends and neighbors – and for those among us who are the most vulnerable. In appreciation of your generosity, we extend our heartfelt thanks and are pleased to offer these courtesies to you as an STMS member.

Bronze Membership, with $10,000 in cumulative gifts:

  • Your name listed in the Foundation newsletter’s annual donor recognition edition.

  • Recognition in the Sacred Heart Medical Center main lobby display. Level One: Pledges are being completed. Level Two: $10,000 giving threshold has been met.

  • Use of the comfortable Sister Theodore Marie Society room while a loved one is hospitalized.*

  • Free parking permits for all PeaceHealth parking structures, upon fulfillment of $10,000 pledge.

  • Invitations to the STMS medical lecture series.

  • Invitations to the annual STMS member appreciation dinners.

  • Invitations to estate planning seminars.

*The STMS room is among the most appreciated and used benefits accorded STMS members. If advance notice is possible, members can contact the Foundation to determine the STMS room’s availability or reserve it. Admitting/Reception can assist members at the hospital.

Silver Membership, with $25,000 in cumulative gifts: 

  • Benefits of Bronze Membership.

  • Level Three recognition in the Sacred Heart Medical Center main lobby display.

Gold Membership, with $50,000 in cumulative gifts:

  • Benefits of Silver Membership.

  • Level Four recognition in the Sacred Heart Medical Center main lobby display.

  • Complimentary annual cardiac profile, dietary consultation and flu shot.

Platinum Membership, $100,000 in cumulative gifts: 

  • Benefits of Gold Membership.

  • Level Five recognition in the Sacred Heart main lobby display.

Diamond Membership, $500,000 in cumulative gifts: 

  • Benefits of Platinum Membership.

  • Portrait in the Sacred Heart Medical Center main lobby Gallery of Honor.

Please note: Membership made through a pledge can be paid over five years.
