In 2004, the Board of Directors of the Cottage Grove Community Hospital Foundation created the Covered Bridge Society to honor those who have given generously to support top quality healthcare for rural Lane and Douglas Counties.
|
The Covered Bridge Society was named to honor the uniqueness of the Cottage Grove area, which has earned the title as the "Covered Bridge Capital of the West." There are six beautiful Covered Bridges within a few minutes of downtown.
The mission of the Covered Bridge Society (CBS) is to provide top quality healthcare services for patients of Cottage Grove and its surrounding communities. The Covered Bridge Society has two main purposes:
-
To encourage the charitable gifts essential to compassionate, quality health care at the Cottage Grove Community Hospital
-
To recognize the generosity of donors whose compassion moves them to support outstanding medical care for our community
