Hospice volunteers are special, compassionate and sensitive individuals from all walks of life who are committed to serving the terminally ill and their families.

The Hospice interdisciplinary team consists of a medical director, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides and trained volunteers. You can become part of the team! During the month of February, Hospice provides intensive training along with on-going support and education. An informational meeting to explain our program is held in January.

If you have good listening and communication skills, are flexible, possess a non-judgmental attitude and have a willingness to serve, you are invited to attend the orientation, with no obligation.
