The Renewal Center is an outgrowth of the Healing and Compassionate Caring Steering Committee’s efforts in learning about and promoting a healing environment. It recognizes that nurturing our caregivers is an essential step towards enhancing our healing culture so that we can continue to provide the best possible care to our patients and their families. The Center is the site for a number of employee services, including the employee ‘Renewal Experience,’ which is offered to all employees.
