Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute is located inside Sacred
Heart Medical Center and adjacent buildings. The medical center
is at 1255 Hilyard Street in Eugene, Oregon, just west of the

Diagnostic Tests and Procedures Patients
Please come directly to the Oregon Heart & Vascular
Institute, on the first floor of Sacred Heart Medical Center
near the Alder Street entrance, to register. You may park in the
surface lot at 13th Avenue and Alder Street (look for spaces
signed "OHVI & Outpatient") and enter the building
through the Alder Street entrance. Parking is free, and wheelchairs are available.
Alternately, park in the
South Parking Garage, take the elevator to the third floor,
cross the sky bridge to the main hospital, take the main
elevator to the first floor lobby, and follow signs to Oregon
Heart & Vascular Institute.
Heart Surgery Patients
Your doctor will tell you where to go for pre-admission testing
and to register for surgery.
- Some patients are registered in the Oregon Heart &
Vascular Institute, on the first floor of Sacred Heart
Medical Center near the Alder Street entrance. Park in the
South Parking Garage, take the elevator to the third floor,
cross the sky bridge to the main hospital, take the main
elevator to the first floor lobby, and follow signs to
Oregon Heart & Vascular Institute.
- Some patients are registered at the Patient Registration Desk
on the third floor of Physicians & Surgeons-South. Park in
the South Parking Garage, take the elevator to the third floor
and look for Patient Registration.
All five levels (including two underground levels) of the
South Parking Structure may be used by patients and visitors. It
is located off 13th Avenue between Patterson and Hilyard
streets.
When you are admitted, you will receive vouchers to pay for
your own parking and coupons for a discount on parking for your
visitors.
- If you drive yourself to the hospital and wish to
leave your car here during your stay, tell the admitting clerk.
He or she will help with arrangements.
- If you are driven to
the hospital by someone else, ask to be dropped off at the roof
level of the parking garage (the building's 3rd floor). There is
no charge for parking if you exit within 15 minutes.

Recreational vehicle parking: A limited number of RV spaces are
available on a first-come basis for families of patients who
will need to stay close to the hospital. Call Diamond Parking at

Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation Patients
Please come
directly to Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation, located
across Hilyard from the main hospital building in Physicians
& Surgeons--North (677 East 12th, Suite 240). Park in the
North Parking Garage.
Heart Failure Center Patients
Please come directly to Heart Failure Center office suite, located across Hilyard from the main hospital building in Physicians & Surgeons--North (677 East 12th, Suite
240). Park in the North Parking
Garage.
