Educational Seminars

Our educational seminars are designed to guide you through heart-healthy lifestyle changes. Seminar time provides you with knowledge about your disease and recovery as well as with the support and camaraderie of people experiencing similar physical and emotional changes.

Each seminar covers topics pertinent to your lifestyle such as stress reduction, medications, and exercise prescription. Education sessions are typically coupled with an exercise session in order to optimize your time with us. We strongly encourage family and loved ones to join you during these seminars.

Maintenance Program

After you have graduated from outpatient rehabilitation, our Graduate Program is available for you to maintain your heart-healthy lifestyle. This phase includes supervised open gym times, group exercise classes such as Tai Chi and group exercise, and a weekly educational seminar.

Support Groups

After you have completed cardiac rehabilitation, our staff is still available to provide on-going help and support on an individual basis. If a formal support group interests you, our Caring Hearts group meets every month. This is a time for discussion and reflection about your changing lifestyle. There is no fee for this group meeting.
