Directions
Conveniently located off the I-5 corridor. From Interstate 5 (I-5) north or south, take exit 36 (Longview/Long Beach Exit) over the Cowlitz River to Hwy. 432. This will take you downtown. Stay on Hwy. 432 which will become Tennant Way until you reach the intersection at 15th Avenue.
Turn right onto 15th Avenue. St. John Medical Center is located on the corner of 15th and Delaware St.
