Kim Christensen, DC
|
Kim Christensen, DC, has over 27 years experience and is board certified in
chiropractic rehabilitation. Dr. Christensen is certified in sports medicine,
and is a strength and conditioning specialist. He is a past team physician for several
colleges and high school athletic teams. |

The services we currently provide at KHS include:

Athletic Training and Sports Rehabilitation
Prevention, recognition, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries for athletes. We work to
minimize the amount of time athletes are kept out of participation.

Speed and Agility Training
We provide the athlete with a program designed to help improve their speed, strength, and agility.

Strength and Conditioning Training
We provide teams and individual athletes with programs that will enhance
their strength and speed to compete in a sport, as well as increase their
cardiovascular fitness.

Sports Nutrition
A Registered Dietician will put together quality nutrition plans that are
designed to meet athletic goals such as weight control, increased endurance
and improved recovery between events and practices.

Sports Massage
Licensed Massage Therapist works with Physical Therapist and other
providers to support the injury recovery and prevention process.

Video Analysis
We use a video camera to analyze the movement of the athlete and recommend
changes to improve the athletes performance in their sport.

Health Psychology
Counselors and therapists help athletes with goal setting, visualization,
and mental preparedness to help enhance athletic performance.

Chiropractic Care/Physical Therapy
Chiropractic techniques are used in conjunction with physical therapy to
reduce pain and increase the athlete’s functional ability.
