Our mission is to provide clients with a very positive health care experience. 

Our goal: Listen to their needs and concerns, and then make every effort to move them towards their goals – through education, support, action and opportunity.

Molly Brown, RRT, Manager of Sleep and Wellness, Member of the Diabetes Advisory Board

Molly "woke-up" to the connection between wellness and a good nights sleep. Sleep disorders often partner with the most common referrals to Nutrition and Diabetes Programs -  weight and diabetes. Molly brings her skills and innovations to strengthen both program outcomes by facilitating seamless care between sleep and wellness.

 
Peggy Norman, MS, RD, CDE: Supervisor of Nutrition and Diabetes Programs, Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Dietitian. 

Peggy has a passion for wellness! She enjoys helping individuals tap into their own desire for healthier lifestyles. "There is nothing more fun than helping a person figure out that how to improve their health through changes in diet and activity level". Peggy has specialized expertise in children and adolescent nutrition issues, weight management, diabetes and community wellness programs.

 

Stephanie Hurless, RN, CDE: Certified Diabetes Educator and Registered Nurse.

Stephanie has specialized training in insulin pump therapy and continuous glucose monitoring. She works with her patients to customize their insulin, medication, and meal planning to achieve optimal blood sugar control for the long-term management of their diabetes. Stephanie feels passionate about creating communities that promote healthy eating and physical activity.

 
Theresa McCrady RN, CDE: Certified Diabetes Educator, Registered Nurse. 

Theresa has a gift for diabetes education with her attention to detail and genuine interest in helping others achieve their goals.

 
Stasha A. Hornbeck, MS, RD, CD: As a Registered Dietitian, Stasha is the newest member of our team. 

With a Master’s degree in Whole Foods Nutrition, she is passionate about using the nutrients in food to prevent and treat conditions that affect the body. Stasha works with her patients to identify barriers, personalize treatment approaches, and plant seeds of motivation to positively impact health and healing. She has special interests in physical activity, whole foods cooking, and preventative health.

 

Kathy Turner: Receptionist/Scheduler.  

Kathy is the kind voice and friendly smile that will guide you through our program, scheduling appointments and classes.
