On-call Educator:
Provides FREE 15 minute informational visit to PeaceHealth Medical Group patients.
An educator will come to your clinic following your call. Your patient will be provided
with person to person, convenient, quick access to health improvement tools. Additional
outpatient education will be scheduled if desired.
