The Courtyard and Serenity Gardens in the medical center
provide an ideal location for visitors and staff to rest and relax.
Adorning the curved center wall are five bronze images reflecting the life
of Christ by local sculptor Mary Lewis. Uplifting and inspiring quotations
are engraved on various walls and seating in the garden. A life-size
copper sculpture of two figures with Christ, designed by Sister Paula
Turnbull, SNJM , provides a focal point among the colorful plantings. A
cascading waterfall and fountain add a soothing relaxation element.
