Through the vision and hard work of our community, the Lower Columbia Regional Cancer Center opened its doors in 2002. While we collaborate with larger centers such as Oregon Health Sciences University and University of Washington, we are able to provide many chemotherapy treatments locally in our center. We understand the profound effect a cancer diagnosis has on the patient as well as the family. Our caring staff, which includes a medical social worker, oncology nurses and patient care coordinator, work together with our physician team to address the physical and emotional needs of patients and families. An extensive Patient Resource Center is available to provide current treatment information to patients and families. Our belief is that there are no limits for excellence and we continue to enhance and expand our services to meet your needs. |
